Attn: AthletesAny athlete wanting to participate in Varsity, JV or C-Squad Athletics must have the following paperwork turned in to the Athletic Office BEFORE the first practice of the season:
- 2009-2010 MSHSL Eligibility Form
- MSHSL Annual Health Questionnaire Form (part of MSHSL Eligibility packet)

-Middle School students looking to participate on the following Varsity teams must turn in a SIGNED blue form "Request for Middle School Athlete to Participate on Varsity" to the Athletic Office: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis, Track, Volleyball
-All Athletes must have an updated Physical Exam in the Health Center BEFORE practices begin.
-If you have questions on any of these items, please contact the appropriate office.
Athletic Office HoursThe Office of Athletics is open Mon. - Fri. 7:30am - 4:00pm during the school year and 7:30am - 3:30pm M-Th, and 7:30am - 3:00pm on Fridays in the summer.
The Office will be closed on the following dates during 2009-2010:
July 1 through July 24, 2009
Sept. 7
Nov. 26 & 27
Dec. 24 & 25
Jan. 1 & 18
Feb. 15
Apr. 2
May 31
July 1 through July 31, 2010
